We are dedicated to teaching and improving your surfing. We offer lessons year round and our goal is to get you up and riding a wave with the knowledge of ocean awareness and the rules of surfing. We also offer lessons to the surfer who would like to improve their surfing. Most importantly we want you to understand surfing while having FUN!!!

Spring is here and summer is right around the corner. Take advantage of the spring to learn to surf without all the crowds of summer. We will get you prepared to handle surfing with the summer crowds and the larger south swells that come with it. San Clemente really is a year round surfing destination and spring can be a magic season for surfing. It is the time when the North Pacific swells slow down and the south pacific warms up to send the beginning of the those south swells that San Clemente is famous for. Spring in San Clemente means uncrowded beaches + nice weather+new sandbars+good waves= a great time to learn to surf with one of our experienced instructors. So come grab a session with SCSS whether you are brand new to surfing or just want to paddle out with an instructor and brush up on your skills, we can help. We also offer a guide service for experienced surfers who travel down to this area and want to be taken to the best surf of the day from our local experts.
